It's been a long time coming...

The pictures below are the last of the clothes that I wore when I was 210 pounds (in the trash bags). I decided today it was time to say good bye, and be rid of them forever. It was a long journey loosing the weight, I learned more about myself that I would ever imagine, and as you can see by all the empty hangers, I have some shopping to do!

I decided to keep one dress that I wore when I was that size, just to remind me of who I was at that time.

Thank you for letting me share this with you.

Sure, I switched to a whole food life style. I don't drink soda; eat anything with white sugar or white flower. Now, everyone knows that I am quite the baker; I am a whole food baker as well. I use unrefined sugar and no white flower in anything that I make. It takes some getting used to, but it worked for me.

Sorry, three years, and yes I do yoga almost every day. I wanted something low impact, and where I didn't have to join a gym.

Oh yeah Pilates is wonderful. I just wasn't as into that as Yoga. Yoga just seemed more my style.

That is so inspiring. I am trying to lose a "lot" of weight, and just started at a place I learned about here at TCS called SparkPeople.com. (I'm TCSBeckiboo, there!)

It just feels impossible to think I could ever be thin again. Thank you for showing me it can be done! Great job, getting healthy. I am very proud of you!

Thank you! Just remember, don't look at all the weight you have to loose. Make a little goal (like 5lbs) and reach it. Once you do, celebrate with a chocolate sunday. It worked for me.

Wow that is incredible!! I only have about 25 pounds to lose to be where I want to be but 95 is such an encouragement! I would love to see before and after pics! You must feel like a queen for being able to accomplish such a task!!
