I'm just about to start my second accounting exam for uni (that's university/"school" for you Yanks
).

I'm studying externally, so it's an online exam (open book - yayyy!), so hopefully it won't be too hard!

I'm not a big fan of accounting though I seemed to have had a lot of it in high school and the first couple of years of college. When I transferred to a school in my junior year, they said my credits didn't count for my accounting pre-req.
I went in and convinced them that what I did exceeded their requirements.
Now 20 years later all I remember are the words debit and credit.

Open book is always good.
Good luck.

OMG, this is harder than I expected!!! The first one seemed much easier... well not "easier", but less confusing! There's a few questions so far, where I'm pretty sure none of the answers are the "best" answer!

WOOHOO!! 89%!

It was hard as well and I was so unsure of so many answers, I feel so relieved now. My stomach was in knots when I submitted it...

Good job!
I hated accounting until I got into it... It all has to do with credit/debit... give credit where it's due and subtract where it's not.... (Ok, I lied, I still don't like it but it pays the bills.
) Also remember this.... computers do almost ALL the work for you now!

Hehe, accounting is HORRIBLE!!!! I strugggled with doing balance sheets, and income statements, but ledgers, journals and trial balances were ok. I'm looking forward to finishing this subject, that's for sure.

After this, I just have to get through Economics and Data Analysis, then the rest of the subjects don't look too bad.
