Fat Cat

Abi is getting fat and I am trying to give her less food but she meows like she is starving. Any suggestions? she eats nutro morsels and wellness kibble and I only let her have one treat a day. I dont want her to be burdened with obesity. (she has pleanty of places to run and jump and she will be one year old next month)
