ARE KILLING ME!
I had to present for a graduation at work tonight and my feet are killing me!
Late last night when I discovered Jake took a liking to one of my dress shoes I had to run to Wal-Mart and get a new pair. I found a cute pair of black and silver heels I liked.. Thought they were comfy and got them... BOY was I WRONG! My pinky toe went numb halfway through the ceremony and I was walking on stage the whole time, scared to death I would topple over in front of 250 people
I finally got tired of them and took them off after the ceremony.. So now my feet are sore from the shoes AND dirty
NEVER buy cheap dress shoes!

Ouch! I've been there! Several times! For my Junior prom I got these shoes. It took forever to find shoes to match the dress so I ended up with cheap ones. Well they rubbed alll the skin off in this one spot on each foot. I'm not talking blisters, I'm talking missing skin and it was painful! I had my shoes off not too long after we got there and it was already that bad! I ended up getting my gorgeous dress dirty around the hem from walking barefoot, but it was either that, or no walking at all. I think I still have thoes evil shoes too!

I had that problem with a pair i bought from Wal-Mart, too! The brand was George, I think. They felt so awesome when I tried them on there, but after a half hour of trekking around shopping, my feet were covered in blisters and they were SO PAINFUL!

The Last time I wore high heelish shoes was when I went to my 8th grade dinner dance. I am almost 20 now. I cant stand high heels! I like to be comfy at all times, plus Im flat footed. so no heels for me.

I see girls around my college caring heavy backpacks and wearing those sandal like high heels why!?! I think they care more about being cute than their feet.

However when you dress up, Heels are sometimes necessary. But I like some nice black flats. No I'm not even tall....

Oh Gosh Darlin I know the feeling, my back and my feet have been aching me to bits and pieces for the last couple of weeks, try to give yourself a nice soak in a hot tub with some epson salts.

Thanks everyone..
I RARELY wear heels... I always wear tennis shoes (with ALOT of padding) or casual black dress shoes...the ones that tie... I'm on my feet alot at work and home. Yesterday I worked from 7:30am to 10:30pm in heels...two different pair but heels either way... I had been up since 4:00am and didn't get into bed until 12:30am and woke up to DH playing the guitar at 8:00
Needless to say, I'm cranky this morning.

I remember one day in school last year, I had to go to a math dfair I was participating in and I wore these flat shoes and they were horrible, even with bandaids for protectors.

I had horrible blisters and sores on my pinky toes!! At one point, I actually ended up taking them off and walking around barefoot!! I'll never wear those shoes again!!

Oh one time I bought a cute pair of sandals to go to a club in and I had blisters on my heels by the time I left. And I said never again. So now I either wear boots or tennis shoes to when out. I do have some sandals but most are the open heeled kind and the platform kind of heel.

Are your feet any better today? I used to dance when I was younger= bad foot pain
...so what i found helped me was to soak my feet in some warm water with bubbles and epsom salt in it for a few minutes. While i did that I would exfoliate them with a pumice stone, or hand held exfoliator....then i would take them out of the water, dry them off ....and slather vasoline or baby oil gel all over them and immediately put some cotton socks on them and sleep in them like that- that ALWAYS works for me
Maybe that could help you a bit too
I really hope your feet feel better soon!
