Hey guys, long time no see! I don't get to be online much at all anymore, but I wanted to let you all know that I, Charlie and the Kitties are all still alive and well! Carolcat , kittyloverforever and rosiemac, thanks for all your emails, good wishes and prayers, I love you guys!


That being said, the catering business is going well .....so well that tomorrow night we'll cater the biggest event we've ever done.....a retirement party for one of our local doctors.....to the tune of at least 500 guests...anyone want to hire out for the day tomorrow?

It is good to hear that the catering biz is going qwell for you. Too bad I'm not closer, or I would take you up on the hiring out for the day.

Thanks guys! Is now 9:30 AM, Saturday....the watermelons are carved, the veggies are ready, the cookies and brownies are baked, cooled and packed to go......cheese balls are covered in nuts and chilling (hmm.....that sounds like fun, lol!), cheesecake squares are ready, punch is done.....all we like is finishing the fruit,stuffing 500+ croissants, frying chicken fingers and demon wings and we'll be ready for this shindig! Miind you...I've had about four hours sleep, and hub has been up all night, so kind of tired right now, but come about three hours before it starts at 6:30 tonight (say about three-ish) all the adrenaline will kick in and you'd never know we were tired, until sometime after all is said and done and we both crash in bed tonight, probably midnight!

Well, break is over....back to the salt mines!

Wow, what a party your catering. You know I'd love to help you if I were a tad closer!!! I'd tell you to take pics of all the food tonight, cause you know we'd love to see it, but I'm sure you'll be too busty to be thinking of us!!
