Nice to have someone from NZ on this forum.
That's one of the resons I am here to maybe get to know someone from NZ, because I am going there this Christmas and New Years with my husband on our honeymoon.

Where in NZ do you live?

Hey Tabykitten! Glad to meet you and hope that by now (26 Sept.) you and your husband are proud servants to at least one kitten! We (myself, my soon-to-be-ex-husband, "our" 9 beloved rescued, indoor-only, spayed/neutered cats, four hens, and an astounding variety of desert wildlife) live in the high desert in southern California, and may I say you're about the first Kiwis I've ever met. Glad to do so! I love the Mojave, but I have to say, your land is gorgeous and I wish I could visit someday. I have the DVD's of "The Lord of the Rings" and think the locations are breathtakingly beautiful! My second husband (ex) visited NZ a couple of years back and is a photographer, so he has a wealth of gorgeous images he doles out to us poor peons lol... Best of luck with your new feline addition(s) (hint hint: two are better than one and keep one another company/keep one another out of trouble when you're at work or whatever! ) and look forward to chatting sometime!

That's great! Show us a photo when you can. And by the way, do you have to teach him to walk upside down?
