Have you tried the real age test? - Page 2

Ginger's CatAge is 11.3!

That's 2.4 years younger than the average CatAge for Ginger's breed.

CatAge is the biological age of your cat, measured in people years.

Huh. Not sure I know what to make of that. The positives and negatives they stated were:

Benefits:

Spayed
Regular vet checkups
Vaccinations
Nonsmoking home
No feline disease
No infections
No parasitic conditions
Plenty of exercise
Indoor environment

Costs:

Somewhat underweight
At risk of heartworm, fleas, or ticks
General health conditions
May be lacking proper nutrition

I don't agree with those costs, with the exception of her being slightly underweight. I went on to read their suggestions, and I find it ironic that they are telling me not to feed her kitten or people food as they can lead to obesity, yet they are telling me that she is underweight and that's a bad thing. LOL!

It says I'm 26.5 (and I'm really 23.7). Hmmm.

Okay, I just spent an amusing couple of hours doing the various tests on the Real Age website, and then I went back to the Real Age test to take it again (yes, I'm that bored at work, hush ). Using the link from the Real Age website to the test enabled me to take the full test, and this time it included important questions like "do you smoke?" and "do you exercise?" that I wasn't asked the first time I take it. Based on these new questions, I'm 26.9 (I'm 28.0 -- my birthday was 12 days ago), which I suppose is more or less accurate given that I don't exercise but do eat right. It still ignored important factors like osteoporosis and mental illness, but whatcha gonna do?

At the very least, it's a fun way to waste time, and I need all of those I can get!

I dunno. It took an awful long time and didn't seem to be very accurate. I did get asked about smoking, but I don't smoke. I'm 20.5 and it said my RealAge is 19.4. *shrug*

Gee Susie! My "real age" is 47.7, actual age 53. So I guess that means I'm younger than you!

It says im 26.8 and I'm really 20.1, +6.7 is the difference.

Don't feel too bad...I'm about to turn 38, but it said my real age is 48.7. Probably related to the fact that I'm overweight and that Pat smokes (but not in the house).

My cats fared better...they all came up about 8 years younger than average. No surprises there...I definitely take better care of them than myself.

I am 3 years younger but that test is way off

Kandie is 20.9 years younger than she really is

Zoey is 8.9 years younger than she is

Yes, I have taken it. It says I am about 3 years older than I actually am.

And it actually helped me with my headaches and migranes!!
