Do you close your drawers or like to leave them open?

Leaving them open with Mosi around would be asking for trouble! It irritates me if they're open - if I'm sitting at the computer, for instance, and I notice a drawer is not quite shut properly I have to get up and shut it all the way there and then.

All drawers, closets, etc must be closed
.
Main reason (honestly) is I'm a great surface cleaner - i.e. house looks great, but open anything in my house and it will be like one of those shows you see where everything comes toppling down on you...
In other words I don't clean really, I stuff.

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYUP!

Daddy doesn't get it, though, so Mummy closes doors and drawers (and turns off lights).
Life's little imperfections.

I hate when things are left open! My husband leaves things open all the time.

It's dangerous to leave dresser drawers open. When my little sister was two, a dresser toppled over onto her because of that; fortunately, I was there and strong enough to stop it before it hurt her, but children have been seriously injured and even killed because of this.

My old roommates used to leave cupboard drawers and kitchen cabinet doors opened all the time; it would drive me batty! Especially when they left the end-most cabinet door open ... It was at the top of the basement stairs, through a narrow doorway, and if you weren't paying attention you'd race right into it. I'm just short enough that I'd whack my forehead on the bottom of the door. Fortunately for me, my boyfriend prefers doors and drawers closed, too, so this little pet peeve doesn't bother me very often. All closet doors must be closed because the cats can't go into the closets without making a big mess of things. Drawers and cupboards are closed because it just looks neater, except for one cupboard to the left of the sink. It sits on top of a heat vent, so we can't keep anything in it or it'll end up being cooked; we put a towel in there and leave it open for the cats to sleep in.

I don't like things left open. It makes the house look messy. Its amazing how just shutting drawers cupboards and closet doors. make your house look like you've been cleaning all day. Drawers left open the cats will sleep in them and get cat hair all over my clothes. And they have been known to climb over the drawers and get stuck in behind them.

I close all drawers, but I do leave the cubbard doors open. I am too short to open and close them, and I can only use the bottom shelf in the cubbards, anyway.

John leaves them open and it drives me nuts, and then the kitties end up getting into everything!
