Things have been going from bad to worse since Friday. Friday was Freckles former owner's last day. She invited my former boss up to drinking with her after work. Former boss comes into my office and ripped on me because I don't have any decorations up. (I really don't care if I have bare walls - as long as my computer works). My car has been having problems for quite a while, and the check engine light came on this weekend. The antilock breaks sometimes give me a hard time at slow speeds, and the water pump is leaking. I can't afford to get it fixed and quite frankly it's not worth it. My brother offered to help my buy a new car (his way of paying me back for loans and support) but I have to wait until he's ready (which may not be for a week or more). Freckles and Bob spent this morning meowing at me and I'm wondering what I did wrong. And I'm almost out of cat food. At least I can go home in 25 minutes!

It got worse but better last night. One of my brothers needed a ride, and I couldn't find my pocketbook. I was convinced that I dropped it when I got my mail. I was freaking because I was driving without my licence and was convinced I would be pulled over. I wasn't and after searching several places I found it on my kitchen table (where I never put it!). I'm starting to calm down.
