My moms cat Samson is very sick and no one can figure out what's wrong with him. It all started 2 weeks ago when I was staying with her and he started vomiting and having very runny stools- like water. He vomited about 8 times in a couple of hours. Everytime he'd vomit he'd run to the litter box to go and it'd be diareah. This continued and my mother took him to the vet. They monitored him and gave him a special easy to digest food, which he hates and turns his nose up to. He does eat some other food. Then they sent him home. The thing is, he's not getting any better. It's been two weeks and he's still doing the same things. He's been on strong antibiotics and I'm really not sure what else. He drinks water ok. My mother has noticed that there are worms in his stool. He's been dewormed before. The doctor doesn't want to deworm again him until he gets over this illness. My mother, while cleaning up a pile of puke a couple of days ago noticed a few little bug looking things in it. He's going back to the vet tomorrow so they can monitor him. He's only about 4 1/2 months old. We can't figure out what's wrong with him and aparently neither can the vet. I'm just thinking something drastic needs to be done because I wonder how long this little guy can go without REALLY eating something with all the puking and pooping he's doing.
