A few days ago I found this

on Scratch's chin. Does it look like acne?

What a pretty little mouth and nose!
Has it changed in appearance in the last few days? Is Scratch, well..scratching at it or does it seem bothersome? I wonder if it may be a little sore spot or allergy related? Would fleas be an issue? Just a couple of thoughts there...

When I first noticed it, it looked like a pimple, and now it looks like how it does in the picture. I think there was a scab on it but it fell off. I haven't seen her scratching at it and it doesn't seem bothersome. She's never had fleas before..

Having had a scab wouldn't sound like acne. I wonder if she had a little sore spot and scratched the scab off? Serenity had a litte sore similar to this on the back of her neck a few weeks ago. I put Neosporin on it three times a day for a couple of days and it healed up nicely. You would need to be particular putting ointment on this spot, though, with it being so close to Scratch's mouth. It sounds as if it may have become larger in the past few days? I'm sure you'll keep a careful watch on it and have it looked at if it seems to get any worse or shows any signs of infection.

Kisses to your little booboo, Scratch!

That could be ringworm. It has the telltale circular pattern and you say it's growing. This is not life threatening but it is extremely annoying. Be sure to get the cat to the vet and be sure to wash your hands after you touch her--it's transmissible to humans.

My girl has feline acne on her chin and it's just a small bump.

Good luck and hope your cat gets well soon
