Nuts found in my front yard!

I told you guys Fall was coming here.......I found these acorn nuts in my yard! I love Fall. I just wish Winter didn't have to follow it!

Fall seems to be on its way here too! I'm already sweeping up dead leaves, and the air feels different.

Yay! Fall is here, that means WINTER is right around the corner!!

Well of course you found nuts in your front yard Susie; you were there!

It seems like fall is going to start early this year. Last week a friend and I were at a park and I saw some leaves that had changed colour. It's too early!!!

Watch out for falling nuts!

Yep, fall is coming here, too. I keep having to skim leaves out of the pool. Here we go again.

I can't believe fall is coming so quickly!

Because of the dry summer we have had alot of trees are stressed and either turning color or dropping their leaves already!! Esp vulunerable are ash and maple trees. I have jus thad the garden hose on an ash tree for 3 hours!!!
THe black walnut trees are dropping their nuts to which is a pain as squirrels pick them up and bury them in my flower beds!!
Also the amt of flies have increased alot and the birds are starting to flock together on the power lines!!
All signs of a late summer to me!!
