That is a cat who makes the same noises as mine. I suppose it is an odd cat noise, and does sound like a bark, although I should tape Zissou when she's being barky and it is even moreso. Kinda like a very small dog's bark, and deeper pitched. It's odd. She does it when she sees a squirrel out the window.
