Cat With Worms part 2

We have also been toliet training Tiger. I bought the toliet kit for $29.00 @ www.citikitty.com. We are in the 4th week. He always uses the toliet for peeing, but just since we have seen the blood in his poop he has started using the floor and shower. Do these worms make him regress in things we are trying to teach him? Like I said before he was doing so well no accidents until we noticed the blood. Are these worms painful or what? We are getting pretty aggravated cleaning up his poop in the floor, but I have also heard that when cays had kidney infections or uti's they sometimes stop using the litterbox. Just curious and in case anyone is confused with this post there is a post a few down from here named "cat with worms" that was the 1st post. Thanks in advance

I don't personally think the worms would make him ignore what you are teaching him and I also don't think it is painful for him and would make him avoid the litterbox. Since he is doing this I would have him tested for a UTI by the vet.

PS you could have just replied to your post in the original thread (Cats and Worms) since both posts are worm related.
