Hey everyone ~
I am the mommy of two 8 week old kittens. They are brother and sister and their names are Dotty and Dash. I have only owned two other cats in my whole life, one we had to take the "pound" a long time ago when I was a kid and the other, many years later, was the most unnerving kitten I have ever had so she went back to her previous owner after 8 hours in my house. Up until now I have been a dog person. I live in an apartment and a dog just would not be a good thing so I rescued these two little cuties. They are very good tempered and loads of fun. I have had them for 2 weeks now. I "rescued" them from a very yucky home. Both were sick with colds but Dotty's was much worse. They each weighed one pound and one and half half pounds. They had fleas (I guess those showed up pretty much after the babies were born) and their previous owner used Front Line on them when they were only 5 weeks old and again when they were 6 weeks. She could have killed them my vet says. But we are now rid of fleas (the kittens were on bathroom duty until they got the free and clear), colds are pretty much history, they are eating pretty good and full of life. I really love these two. Now you may want to ask me this again when they are six months old and ready to be declawed and fixed. By then I will probably be ready to pull my hair out lol.
Well that is who we are and we just wanted to say HI.
