and I still cannot bring myself to remove dear little Fred's pic from my signature. I guess I should be happy for the 18 years he was my constant companion, but I miss my baby so much.

Rest in peace Fred, I hope you are enjoying the bridge.

Krazy kat, don't ever remove Fred's pic if you don't want to or aren't ready. We all need places to mourn and remember, and if you need Fred to be in you sig, then that's were he should stay. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.

RIP Fred, hope you are having fun.
About your sig, there is nothing that says you have to take his pic off cos he is no longer with you, I like having pics of my past furbabes around, and have some on my screensaver at work that I see daily - I can look at them and smile though.

If you want Fred kept in your siggy you keep him there. He was a huge part of your life and always will be no matter what, and me personally, i like to see members cats in their siggies that have crossed the bridge

I always remember someone saying after a friend died and i've said this here before, " The day you forget about them is the day they die "

Keep him there with the others

Make sure you keep looking down on your mum Fred and be a good boy for her

I couldn't agree more! He was your treasured companion for 18 years! If you want to keep him with you in your signature, do it! It may help with the grief because you could still look at his sweet face!

Fred was your soulmate kitty, and there is no reason at all for him not to be a part of your signature. He is still a bit part of your life and your heart. He always will be. If any group of people understand how you feel about your dear sweet Papa-Cat Fred, it would be the people here.

to you as you remember Fred with so much love in your heart.

Yeah, Fred is kind of a part of TCS...I like still seeing him in your siggy. Although you could post in the siggy thread and get a new siggy...they are making amazing works of art...and everyone is very nice about taking "special orders". So you can let them know that keeping Fred is a high priority!

I am sorry for your loss. Rest in peace, dear Fred!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
Rebecca, I'm so very sorry your heart is aching so terribly as you relive the pain of this incredibly difficult anniversary and wish there were words to ease your sorrow. This is something I can not even allow myself to imagine, you're so strong. Fred is your lifelong love, your relationship is priceless and will live on. Your little boy is with you always, in your heart, when you lie down at night, when you wake in the morning, right there by your side. During this very special time, we all honor your sweet baby's precious life.

Fred
