I'll call them on Monday for sure if I don't hear anything over the weekend.

I printed out his picture and put in on my desk at the office, so I can look at his little face all day and send out good vibes to those who are taking care of him right now.

I want to kiss his whole face!!!

Oooh he reminds me of my cookie.. I think orange boys are awesome.. They are up there with black & whites in my book.

I was wondering...if they say no, you have to adopt two kittens...is there any way your landlord might let you have 3 cats? Some landlords area pet lovers & can be swayed with the picture of that adorable little face!

It's Sunday, three days since I sent the email and application, but no response yet. I'm wondering when the email on that account is checked - I REALLY hope I hear from them tomorrow!!!

I printed out pics of the little guy, and put it on my desktop at home, so I can look at his little face as I send out my please come live with me furever vibes.

I'm really, really hoping that this week I'll be bringing home my new little furbaby, Ferris!!! Then we'll both be dancing with happiness:

Call them - the shelter Boots is in admitted to me that they have difficulties with their mail - I don't know if it's the same shelter or not.

I don't have to call them - I just got an email from someone there saying that Ferris is still available for adoption. Yay!!

The email asked me to fill out the online adoption application, which I did after sending in the initial email, so obviously, the emails and the applications go into seperate email accounts.

I replied back saying that I filled out the online application on Thursday last week, and what are the next steps, please, because I so want to give this little guy a furever home!!!

For those of you who foster/adopt out, what is the standard process? I adopted Ginger directly from a shelter, and that was cut and dried as far as process goes. This is much more anxiety making!

The application I filled out for Ferris asked if I'd be opposed to a home visit about a month after adoption, and I said no problem, so I'm assuming that they'll want to do a home visit before deciding if I can bring him home.

Oh, I'm so excited!!!! More vibes, please - I want this little darling to come and be my forever furbaby!!!!

What do you think I should expect/do next???

OH, and they said that I would NOT have to adopt 2 kittens, because I already have a kitty at home. YAY!!!!
