I had my new kittens at the vet yesterday for their initial visit. Molly is 1.2 lbs and Bailey is 2.2 lbs. They are both 7 weeks old (although from different litters). They gave them their 1st shots, dewormed them, treated them for ear mites and treated Bailey for fleas with Capstar. They are both too young for Frontline right now. Capstar is ok for kittens as young as 4 weeks, however, they need to be 2 lbs so we didn't treat Molly for fleas. My vet suggested giving her a bath with Irish Spring soap and that would kill all the fleas on her. Has anyone else heard of this? I bought some but I haven't given her a bath with it yet. I went ahead and bought some Capstar for her when she weighs 2 lbs so hopefully she will soon.
I am taking photos of them tonight so I will share them with you soon. They are so adorable!!

Thank you guys!

Here's a pic I took last night. That's Bailey on the left and Molly on the right.
