Okay, I'm going to attempt to take a picture of what we are having for dinner tonight.

At our wonderful apartment we are having lemon pepper chicken over linguini with a garlic butter sauce. I pray that it comes out well... so I can post a picture with out too much shame.

There's no shame in the unofficial "culinary creations" thread! Heck, if I can post my chicken chili in the beginning, *by the way which was delicious!*, then you can post anything!!!

We went out to dinner last night at Kelsey's! It was yummy - I had a wrap, salad and broccoli cheddar soup! Tongiht? Haven't decided yet. It's pouring rain out, so I might just throw a roast in the oven!

Never heard of Kelseys, but it sure sounds good. It's raining too. Yuck.

My fiance and I had a BBQ today - for 12 guests! It was a family BBQ, and it was the first time our families had met properly, thank goodness they got on well

We did chicken drumsticks with marinade on them (pre-cooked in the oven), burgers (also pre-cooked in the oven), honey and mustard glazed new potatoes, boiled then cooked on the BBQ, corn on the cob, frankfurters, chicken nuggets, vegeburgers, salad, crisps, dips, breadsticks, carrot sticks, then raspberry sponge, chocolate sponge, chocolate fingers, chocolate rice crispy cakes, phew I think that's it! So much food! It all went though

Sounds like fun Jessy! Did you take any pics?

Here's my dinner for tonight....nothing special. Fresh mushrooms, a small ham steak, a larger portabello mushroom cooked with onions, a baked tater, and a tomato/cuke salad that I made.......all low fat...........

I WANT LASAGNA!!!!

Thank you for your lovely comments.

Your dinner looks lovely, and so healthy too, well done! I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the food - it all disappeared too quickly!

I could take a pic of the salad that's left - surprise surprise!

He'll be fine and I hate to say it because I already said that test is nothing, I didn't have to drink all that stuff though, But having had it I'm glad I don't have to do it tomorrow again, the prep sucked

You know, he went through the prep pretty well. He has been in the potty about 5 times, but he's not really making a big deal out of it. Let's hope the rest is this easy for him!
