It would be a great idea for our TCS chefs to also post their recipes on the TCS Fundraiser Forum.

No digital camera here, so can't. I have one on order though - can hardly wait till it gets here! Then you'll be sorry you asked!

Yup - I agree! I spent some time there today putting on a few recipes!

Hmm, do Banquet and Michelina have websites with pics of all the frozen dinners they offer?
Mom and I haven't done much cooking. It's hard for us to stand long enough.

We did work up a fruit salad the other day (from packaged frozen fruit) but it was almost all consumed at a picnic.

I used to bring Michelina's to work for lunch! However, now I just seem to freeze my leftovers in little lunch-sized containers and nuke them at lundh-time!

Yup, still goin' on!
And, by all means, come over -- just let me know, so I can set an extra place.

I'm debating at this point about tonight. There's still a small piece of salmon left, and I can't decide whether to add it to an Alfredo sauce on some pasta or to make a salad out of it to stuff that nice ripe avocado that's on the counter. Whaddya think?

I want to show you guys a picture of my dinner from the other night - tilapia with fresh mango salsa - but I can't upload any pictures to Photobucket.

lol I think it looks better than it tasted, not that it was bad. But I should have seasoned the fish long (salt and lime juice) and the mango wasn't quite ripe yet since I decided to buy it and cook it that day, and they didn't have any really nice ripe mangos at the store. But I had a virgin mojito with it, it was pretty good!

So, I decided that there wasn't enough salmon to do justice to the avocado. We'll have that tomorrow, probably. And the salmon was ample for a bit of interest in an Alfredo, even though we did have pasta only a few days ago. Here it is on nice big ravioli, stuffed with spinach and cheese, and finished with capers. No nasty remarks about the capers, now...
