What's for dinner tonight all? Tonight, Davide's getting some leftover lasagna that I had in the freezer (Loki's Luscious Lasagna) freshened up with some more mozzarella on top, Caesar salad (OMG I love that stuff) and garlic bread. Oh calories, calories............ I should be on my bike instead of sitting at the computer! Oh well, I spent most of the day doing housework, laundry and gardening so I deserve a break! Have to get at that ironing though - it's starting to look like the leaning tower of - well, you know................

Well, they're called stuffed peppers. People have various ways of making them. Since we're on a lowcal diet, I stuffed mine with ground turkey with beef seasoning, onions, various seasonings. Alot of people stuff them with a mixture of rice/groundbeef..........they're very good.

They look wonderful!! Unlike your chicken chili
just kidding!
We like stuffed peppers here too, but I make mine with lean ground beef, rice, onion and some chopped dill pickle - gives them a nice bit of zest. Mine are smothered with a thick cheddar cheese sauce - oh calories, calories again!

I normally cook mine that like that too Colleen but never thought to put in the dill pickle........ummmmmmmmm. But alas, I have to get rid of the calories so I can get rid of the weight.........
