Karen helped me with the recipe a while back and it has become a favorite in the house.
It is filled with corn tortillas, stripes of chicken, lots and lots of cheese. I would add other things but my crew is just too picky.

I would if I could but I can't so I won't. You know that about me, Sis! Anyway, tonight is stuffed chicken breasts with broccoli cheddar rice and a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce. Boy, do I have to get a digital camera! Check out my lasagna dish on the recipes thread. It's Loki approved!
Awww! I shoulda taken a picture of our dinner the other night! I had chicken breasts and stove top with veggies - it looked so pretty!
