had cats all my life...love em! currently got 1female called mouse 2 males called ganon and gaspard plus 3 4 week old kittens by mouse called minish molly and georgey boy.kittens are thriving but mouse is tired.they are not at all intrested in solid food.any advice is most welcome! im an avid zelda fan...hence the names! never been on a forum before...pc is new,decided to get into the 21st century.we have 2 children,who have inherited our love of cats.please reply..or i may sulk !

They probably won't get into solid foods for another week or so. Ruby's babies are 9.5 weeks now and she still looks exhausted and is nursing them once or twice a day (whenever they can catch her sleeping). Maybe try to soften their solid food to get them interested in it. Other than that, no advice, she'll wean them when she's ready.

thanks. have tried giving a mix of kit food and water.i think i will leave it for a day or two.trouble is vet said to get them weaned a.s.a.p as mouse is showing sighns of being on heat again....shes a girl int she! we need to get her spade as we cant let her have any more,weve already got 6,and shes only 10 months old.she loves being a mom but is so tired.thanks for advice,i can relax a bit.lovely pics..i need to take some of mine.

a ha! molly is eating kit food mixed with cimicat.....brilliant.georgie-boy is lapping cimicat,minish is nicking bits of moms tuna.....stepping stones indeed. there all so gorgeous i am so pleased we can keep them all.
