Looking for help

My oldest cat is very skinny and has lots of sores. I don't have the money to take him to a vet so I'm tring to doctor him up myself. I have been putting cream on him, but today he had a big sore on is neck. Can anyone help. Yes I know to take to a vet I'm trying but it is hard. I have 2 other cats and I hope this doesn't happen to them. They do have fleas. Any help would be nice. I live in Aylmer Ontario Canada I was wondering if anyone knows of vets or any animal aids that could help. None of the vets around my area will help. They want the money upfront. I hope there is some kind of help out there. Thanks

the sores could be from scratching at the fleas, i would use some flea treatment on all the cats, what kind of food are you feeding them?

I feed they whiskas or purina

that could be a big part of the problem, whiskas is one of the worst foods there is, it is very bad for you cats and purina is not good either. if you can get chicken soup for the cat lovers soul you should try that. it is a very good quality food and not very expensive.
