Does your cat do this?

Hi everyone.

When my 6 month old kitten has a drink or something to eat, he goes straight to his litter tray and does his buisness. He has been doing this since I've had him and I was wondering if its normal because my other cats didn't go as often as my little guy does.

I am a bit curious whether everyone elses cats do this because I have had other cats in the past who didn't go as often.

I'm probably being a worried cat owner but thank you in advance for the replies.

I have 2 adult cats and 3 kittens and mostly the kittens do go as soon as they are finished eating. The kittens are 5 months old. Sometimes when they are done, they return to eat a bit more.

By the way, Mama cat also goes as soon as she is finished eating!

The other adult doesn't seem to go that soon though.

this might be beacause your kitten is smaller and gets full quickly
