ok this time, the winner WILL be the cats name so vote for your favorite

im sorry i cant post a picture of her, my camera broke
but she is a gorgeous 9 week old kitten. she is playful and cuddly. she falls asleep in our arms. lets us rub her tummy and clip her nails. she is a tabby, very dark (almost black) gray with silvery gray stripes. her back is all dark gray, the stripes start at her sides. she has white under her chin and a little on her tummy. the contrast of the stripes on her cheeks remind me of a zebra. she is so cute! the stripes go all the way to her feet (no white socks) which i think is very cute, and she has dark gray foot pads. she purrs a lot )

I vote Carmen! I think it's a beautiful name.
I hope that you like it.

I was thinking the same thing Sharky...it was between Althea and Kya...I figured though that if I voted for Kya I'd have a better chance of having the name I picked win

no, i posted the pronunciation near the beginning of the thread. the "Y" is pronounced like the "I" in the word "high". if that makes sense.
