Spam reporting since upgrade

A week or two ago, a spammer was about. Normally I click the red triangle icon, and then click as many as I can find to help the mods. Since the upgrade, it's requiring 60 seconds between each report. Frankly, I didn't have it in me to do that, so I just reported the first one & went to bed. I don't remember having to wait so long between them...I used to just click one after another.

Any way to change this, or is it permanent? It gets in the way of spam reporting.
