I made chicken alfredo the other night with penne pasta. Is there any way to reheat it without the noodles tearing? Everytime I heat it back up after it has been in the fridge, the noodles tear apart. I put it on the stove and put some milk in it, but when it comes time to stir, it's still stuck together and it tears. Any suggestions???

I always microwave and add some water to the pasta so it dosne't dry out. Same for rice. Seems to work for me.
