There is this male feral i have been taking care of who keeps on going on top of my kitten who is also a male like he is trying to mate or somthing. I dont get it why does he does this?

Well. . .this means that the cat is dominant over the kitten (or trying to be) or he's reached sexual maturity.
Its a dominance thing - is the kitten neutered yet? And why is your kitten being exposed to feral - unvetted cats?
