I LOVE Tupperware. If I had more money, I would buy more! But I have plenty of basic pieces, and quite a bit of Rubbermaid. And of course the cheap stuff you can throw out if you don't feel like scrubbing it! LOL!

One bonus of Tupperware is that if it ever does break, they replace it. I had the ice cream scoop and the metal part corroded a little (probably from the dishwasher!) I traded it in for a new one at my last party. I have a cracked bowl in my garage now, waiting for someone to invite me to a Tupperware party so I can get it replaced. (Note to self, don't set leftovers outside for the dog and let the bowl freeze!)

I have lots and lots of Tupperware that I invested in yrs ago. I store most of my dry stuff like flour, rice, noodles, some spices all that kind of stuff properly labeled of course!! It takes up lots less room than all the containers and I think keeps better too. I do have the cheap stuff but why keep in buying that stuff when you could have invested in Tupperware in the 1st place??
very true..i had NO idea they sold it at target tho! thats really COOL!

When they show that cupboard with everything in it's own Tupperware container...I drool! It is expensive, but some of the colors are so vivid! I love my royal purple mixing bowls!!! One has a chip on the edge and I could trade it in for a new one, but won't because I love the color. It is several years old, and I'm sure they don't have it in purple anymore!

Do they say tag sale anywhere else in the country besides CT? I grew up there and thats the only place I've heard it.
BTW, I LOVE "tag" sales!

OK I was just going to ask what a "tag sale" is. Here is downstate IL, we call them garage sales, or perhaps yard sales. I have to confess I've never heard the term tag sale before today.
