Hello Everyone, I'm from Illinois. I've always loved cats. When I still lived with my mom I always had one. Then I got married and my husband hated cats. He grew up in a family with dogs. We decided that instead of having children we would have dogs. A week ago our neighbor was outside playing with a kitten, when he told me that we should go see it. I was very surprised. To get to the point, the cat was very sick. He asked me if I wanted to take it in and, of course, I said yes. We called the vet to see it as soon as possible, but the doctors weren't there until the next morning. He passed away while we were registering at the vet. It took a toll on both my husband and I. The same day he took me to three different places to see kittens. We got two. They are Jeepers and Creepers. They are both calico, but Jeepers has tiger stripes. I'm sorry for the length. I haven't mastered making a long story short. Anyway, my name is Amber and I'm a lover of all living things. I hope to meet new people and learn new things.
