Anyone have any suggestions for nausea? Something that always works for you?

Whenever I have that problem, I eat a lot of saltine crackers and warm 7up - always works for me

My brother uses Dramamine!

Peppermint tea, or ginger ale usually works for me. Dry toast with some tea might work for you too.

Ginger works well too, ginger tea, ginger biscuits...anything really.

I also take travel sickness tablets if i feel sick, they make you a bit drousy but they do work

For the ginger/peppermint enthusiasts:
Altoids are great for both, because they actually have the real ginger or peppermint in them, rather than artificial flavorings.

I just drink a big glass of water, lukewarm.

Peppermint and ginger are the best for nausia. Even if you chew a few pieces of peppermint gum... that usually works. For next day hangover nausia, I chew a few pieces, spit them out when the flavor is gone, and keep chewing till I go through the whole pack! I don't usually have altoids, but they do work great for nausia.

I'm a room temperature Gatorade gal, it has got to be the original green death flavor.
Always works for me.

I usually chew ginger gum, or take Gravol or Pepto. Never had Dramamine, but I hear it works wonders.

The BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice cereal (cream of wheat works well, too), Applesauce, Toast (dry). It's used for kids, but it does help.

Tums also works if it's from indigestion, not just being under the weather.
