Fact or Fiction- need an answer

O.k. My girlfriend has some really wacky ideas. Someone told her that there is a way to tell how many kittens your cat will have. She said how many nipples were swollen on a cat is how many kittens she would have. I told her I have never heard of such a thing. I said no way. That makes no sense. If that were true than the only nipples that were swollen would be the only nipples the kitten could suck. If that were the case why waste money on getting an ultra-sound. Correct if me if I am wrong. No news on Sunshine

my cat has 10 nipple's but 2 of very very tiny and never any milk there like a thing that is just there lol all her 8 nipple's are large just like they were the last time and she was only carrying 4 lol so no it ain't true

Mav's nips all swelled up and she only had one kitten.
