Unfortunately you cannot do anything really except take him to the vet. He needs medication to get better. His little body is sick and his immune system isn't quite developed compeltely. You need to take him to a vet or he could very well die. Use your own money if you have to, borrow it, have your parents pay and then pay them back... Where do you live, there are cheap low cost vets all over the place.

If nothing else , call the nearest no kill shelter and tell them you found a sick kitty. Then go tell your parents they are uncaring
No don't really do that unless you can talk to your parents that way, but seriously, what type of person would ignore a sick kitten in need of a vet?

What city in Washington? It could be anywhere from $25 - $100 or more depending...

What exactly is wrong with the cat? Is it just a little sneezing or are it's eyes closed shut with mucus and its nose all dry and crusty from discharge?

You also said "your" cat, is this one you intend to keep as your pet? If so have you told your parents you would really like to take this one in and care for and keep it? If not then you should look around your area for a no kill rescue shelter or SPCA. You could call and ask them if there are low cost clinics in your area and if not or if it is still too much then ask if you can surrender the sick kitten over to them. Some places ask for a surrender fee but some places also waive that fee if the kitten is sick or injured and you just found it.

Basically you gotta do something. But it really depends on how bad it is. If it's eyes are a little gunky and it is sneezing then you can wash its face with a warm washcloth for the time being and get the gunk off. Do you let the cat in the house or does it remain outdoors? If it is outdoors and female you need to be concerned about the possibility of it becoming pregnant if it is over 5 months old.

Let us know the kitten's condition, post a picture if you can. We can only do so much over messaging and we are not vets. Ideally a vet can fix him/her right up, but we will help in the meantime. I know it is tough being younger and still with your parents. You can only do so much. But if you really cannot do anything, I encourage you to surrender the kitten to a no-kill shelter.

your kitty could have cat flu. if this is the case it would be best if she had medical attention. if you aren't able to convense your parents to let you take her to a vet or to a shelter. make sure you take great care in keeping everything around her clean. l ike SUPER CLEAN. wash your hands, disinfect your shoes, dump out her left over food and water and add fresh. keep her in a closed area that is cleaned and disinfected daily. clean her litter box as soon as she uses it. wipe her face with cotton and plain water. change her bedding daily and wash it. towels are easy because you can have two use one whilst the other is washing. if she doesn't show any signs of recovery with in 5 days you need to call for help from a local shelter immediatly let them know all you have been doing and let them know you have no way to bring the cat to them. keeping things clean is the key to keep the bacteria from multiplying. she may be strong enough to fight it off on her own. when you clean the litter, it makes it easer to have two litter boxes and just fill them with a little litter each. change them and disinfect them each time you change them. don't use cleaners with ammonia in them. if you use something with bleach in it please take care to rinse it with HOT water and leave it to air out and dry before letting her use it. good luck. shame your parents are being so lame.

If SCRAPS doesn't help you find a low cost clinic, just start calling local animal rescues and vets, you may find someone who will take pity on this poor kitten and treat her at a discount or for free.

If you guys are going to keep these kittens, they all need to go to the vet for shots and to get neutered at the very least. If your parents don't want to do that, you need to call a cat rescue and surrender all of them together. They are very vulnerable right now and they need someone to take them into their home, provide medical care, good food, proper socialization and protection from other animals, humans and the weather. Without that, they really don't stand a chance.

I know how heartbreaking this can be, but if you think your parents aren't going to agree to do everything these cats need, then you've got to find someone who will. If you don't, you're going to have a lot of sick cats, feral cats, pregnant cats and more kittens on your hands. The problem will only multiply.
