I have a 16 year old male cat who is on pancreatic enzymes and steroids, he eats science diet for mature cats. Here's my problem, maybe someone can help me............has has the constant runs, I've heard people say to feed him natural food, or herbal? Any ideals?

What has your vet suggested?
I do know that my 13 yr old cat that died from cancer got to the point where he had almost constant diarraha and food went right thru him. Sadly it may be his time.
He will loose weight and dehydrate himself if he constantly has the runs.

You should definatly think about switching the cats diet.

A vet Visit ASAP is needed... when was the last senior panel done??? Why is kitty on enzymes and steriods?? Diet could be changed to a "higher" quality but only after finding out what is wrong...
I ditto Jennifer. A Vet exam is necessary immediately with labs to determine the underlying issue. Also, having constant diarrhea will quickly lead to life threatening dehydration. Following the interpretation of his labwork, ask your Vet to help you in finding the best food for him that his tummy will be able to tolerate.
