Yay! At least it is better. My mother's doctor is talking to her about that. It was kind of funny (sort of) when we were walking Saturday out to one of the farms she kept having to sneeze and has to stop and cross her leggs! Poor Mom! (I know, being her daughter, I really shouldn't laugh at all!)

They worked. Thanks! I hadn't even realized how worried about it I was until afterward.

Excellent idea! Tighten...2, 3, 4, Relax...2, 3, 4,...tighten...2, 3, 4

LOL

If I need the surgery I'll do it soon as I am a bassoonist and need to start playing again after labor day. I love the thought of getting a little hammock in my abdomen!!!

You're a bassoonist? That's really cool!
I played French Horn for a little while, but not in anything professional.

The doctor I went to see today was totally sympathetic. She used to play clarinet. (But always wanted to play French Horn) She understood that I wanted to get back before the "season" started! She said she never really thought about the bassoon players. I told her we sat in back and cracked jokes with the trombone players!!!

Yeah, the brats are always in the back rows

Glad it's not as serious as you thought, Kim, and I hope you get sorted out quickly and without a lot of fuss.

Wow, cool, do you get to choose the colour and style of the hammock

I'm so please it turned out better than expected. My mum went through the same thing earlier in the year and she was worried sick about it, but it all turned out fine, and she didn't need one either - phew!

Never be hesitant to ask for vibes, Kim. I know you were already upset about not getting the kitten when planned.

Hey, my niece was a bassoonist. And, yes, she was a brat at times.

(Great - now I have snippets of "Hall of the Mountain King" in my head!)

Kim, I'm glad to see everything worked out better than expected... I don't think I need a hammock, but maybe a diaper? Do they insert diapers for your bladder??? I sure do have to pee alot!!!
I guess that makes me a "pee"anist!
