Abnormal Toenail

I need some suggestions. I just noticed that one of my kittens toenails does not look good. It has not point on it, is very flexible, and has black stuff in the curve of it. He also has something that resembles a small stone his pad. Does anyone know what this could be. The vet is closed now and I'm not even sure if it's a big deal, it only bothers him when I touch it.

If it is tender to the touch it really should be looked at my your Vet.
