Does anyone know if there's a perfect temperature or recommended range of temperatures for the living space of a 4 to 6 week old kitten without litter mates or mother cat?

My 4 - 6 week old foster kitten is staying in my bathroom, which happens to be on the cool side of the house during the summer. How cool is too cool for her, especially since she has a URI?

Would it be a good idea to give her a rice sock to snuggle with or is she too old for this? She has a cat carrier lined with a towel and one of my worn shirts to sleep in. We also put a towel in front of the door to keep out any drafts from the hallway.

A rice sock sounds like a good idea - even if she doesn't need it (and I imagine she probably goes) I'm sure it would be comforting for her, especially as she is ill.
