My tastebuds are in heaven!

I was scrounging around in the fridge, not really wanting anything I saw.
I wanted a sandwhich!

Then an idea hit me.

I took one piece of Friday's leftover pot roast, one of the potatoes and 4 little baby carrots and blenderized them.
Then I added horseradish, mayo and sweet relish.


I will definitely be doing this again.

You've made me hungry and I just had dinner. That is not an easy fea at all. congratulations.

It sounds good, but soupy..........was it good????

It was great, and not soupy.
I only pulled the 'stuff', not the gravy.
It was actually quite dry before I added the mayo and horseradish.

It doesn't sound good, but I would try it if it was served to me. With leftover roast, I like to make a beef dip sandwich. -slice the beef thin as possible, warm up the beef separately with consumé poured over it, toast some bread or a bun and warm up the rest of the consumé (with garlic powder mixed in) to use as dip when the sandwich is made. -not as creative, but it works.

You can't really slice pot roast, it usually falls apart if you look at it wrong.

sounds nasty but hey im sure im wrong. REMINDS me of when my sister broke her jaw and my dad put her dinner in the blender and had her drink it. It was nasty
