So Lucas literally just went to the litterbox and he has diarrhea. He has been fine up until now (he's pretty "regular" pooping once a day, so yesterday he was normal), he eagerly ate his dry food this morning, and now won't touch his wet food (which he usually attacks).

Absolutely no changes in food in the last few months, no access to my food, so I know he didn't eat what he shouldn't have eaten. I know it could just be one of those things where diarrhea comes out of nowhere for no reason then it stops for no reason, but until I can take him to an open vet on Monday (assuming he's still not better), is there anything I can give him to ease his stomach a bit? The fact he didn't touch his food I assume he has a stomach ache. Ah, and the diarrhea poop looked normal in color, etc.

Aside from that he's been acting completely normal.

Whatever you do, do not give him any human medications.

People have luck with a little bit of plain canned pumpkin (not the pie filling kind) as it helps regulate everything, either way (constipation or diarrhea). Make sure he gets plenty of liquids, and watch him like a hawk for any signs of anything else.

Make sure that he gets plenty of fluids, isn't dehydrated (there's a pinch test you can do, but since I've never done it, I won't risk trying to describe it to you - you can probably find it in a search of the forum).

Also, make sure he eats soon. Cats livers can fail after a very short time of being without food (a couple of days, really - about 72 hours). If his normal food isn't appetising, maybe pick up a couple of cats of Hill's a/d if he isn't eating by morning.

Good news is he's eating now! He's didn't finish all at once as usual, but at least he ate a bit.

Editing to add... Will he eat the pumpkin though? If his food doesn't look that great to him right now, would he be willing to eat plain pumpkin?

A lot of cats like the taste of pumpkin, so chances are he'll eat it. Our cat will actually beg for warm, mashed pumpkin.

Since this started late last night, I had no way to run to the store and get him some pumpkin (there are some 24 hour places around here, however I admit I wanted to stick around just in case). He ate all his food overnight, but he also ran to his litterbox many times as well (I could hear him scratching things in there), so he's still has the diarrhea. Aside from that he's still acting ok, his meows are a bit different as if he was complaining or in pain (but I don't blame him, we don't like to have diarrhea either, do we?), but he still runs around like his crazy normal self. I didn't get a wink of sleep!

His body is trying to get rid of something, and diarrhea is how it does it.
After a lot of trips to the box, he's just like any human with a bad case of it- his bum hurts from all the activity, he probably has cramps, and he's just tired of all the pooping.
Watch him today, but as long as he is eating a bit and drinking, let the diarrhea run it's course. If he is still at it tomorrow AM, then call your vet.
