Ok, so I have a lot of cats, but I understand the benefits of feeding wet even though it is a bit pricier, so I'm researching good wet foods versus their price because I want to continue feeding them the wet without having to eat it myself
so, I looked at petfooddirect.com and based on their price per ounce, have compiled a list of the most cost-effective wet foods, that I feel are of high-quality. (BTW, the larger cans, anywhere from 12-13 oz apiece are much cheaper than the smaller cans
) So if anyone can tell me which of these they feel are the best.... Sharky??

California Natural @ only .11/oz
was .09 cheaper per oz in the big cans

Chicken Soup @ .13/oz
Eagle Pack @ .08/oz holy shnikeys!! (big cans)
Evangers @ .14/oz
Felidae @ .09/oz another shocker (big cans)
Innova @ .10/oz
(big cans)

the most expensive were Wellness (.28/oz), Halo (.22/oz), Lick Your Chops (.26/oz), Solid Gold (.23/oz), Wysong (.22/oz) & Nature's Variety (.30/oz
)

Thanks for any help!!!

Oh yeah, one more question, can I switch between brands of canned? Like if I order Felidae, Cali Nat & Innova, can I feed them Felidae till its gone, move on to the Innova, etc??

The top ones you listed are ones that come in and are eaten by my girls .... And if Mom get s flavors right they get eaten
... Yes you can switch brands but be careful not to do duck one day and an all fish the next unless you kids tummys can handle it

ok, great, I think petfooddirect is going to be getting alot of my money here
They're probably cheaper or at least very similar in price to what I'll pay at the pet store I believe. I'm going to order the Felidae, Innova, Eagle Pack and Cali Nat, have to check out which flavors, and see what the crew will eat, they're usually not too picky

Thanks for the link Natalie! I'm looking everywhere right now for the best prices, I need to go to Pets Supplies Plus (waaaay cheaper than Petsmart or petco) with a calculator and a notebook, sounds like a great way to spend the evening, huh?
Yeah, Pandora is my little piglet, even if she doesn't really like it, she will give it her best shot, all the while looking at me like "Mom, I really don't like this"

I know! and Eagle Pack only .08/oz!?! what a sale

ETA: Holy cow!!! I just went to the epetpals and Cali Nat is only .07/oz there
this site has AWESOME prices!!! thank you so much!!!!!

Hi, I never knew about epetpals.com until I read about it on this post. I decided to check out the prices compared to petfooddirect. The prices are cheaper on epetpals but the shipping is not. So petfooddirect.com still is cheaper (at least for me). Anyways I was wondering if there was coupons or some kind of discounts you could use on epetpals.com??
