It's so hot here, although they say it's going to cool down very soon. How I've wished in the past week that we had a pool! Do any of you have one? Are they expensive to have with the upkeep/chemicals, etc?

oh yes! we most def. have a swimming pool. At my mom's, its one of those big blue pools that goes about 4 .5 feet maybe. At my dads, he had in indoor pool, stinks because you can't really tan in it.

My parents have an in ground pool 20x40, so I grew up with that but where I live now we have a pool we belong to in our subdivision but there are times I just would love to go in my backyard and get in a pool.Sometimes pools are a pain with the upkeep my dad is always fixing one thing or another! But he keeps it for the grandkids!!

Why on earth wouldn't you get an inground pool?

I have a pool in my apartment complex! It's exciting, except always crowded so I don't go until evening.

Stuck in what pipe?
We have an inground pool, it's uses salt instead of chlorine so your skin and hair don't get all icky.

My friend's neighbour just got a salt water pool installed. Apparently, it's the best! They love it. My friend's hubby is over there like 3 times a day.
