I am having a dispute with an internet seller of the product. I ordered the odor eliminator, they sent the disinfectant, claim it is the same thing. I returned the product and they refuse to refund all of my money. They are keeping the shipping fee plus 20% for "restocking". She says she will send me(but hasn't yet) the mfg.s number so I can verify thru them it is exactly the same product, well then why does it have two separate labels? One is odor elilminator and the other is disinfectant. I do not want nor did I order the disinfectant. I am livid
that they are keeping my money. I will not post the name here but if you want it, private message me. Anyway, do you have a bottle and does it have the MFG. number that are located in Michigan?
