I was just wondering what types of things cats can pass to humans.

I just took this female cat in from some really terrible owners and it's been two days and on my right are there are little white bumps from my elbow to my wrist and they are itchy.....don't know what it could be...any ideas???

You can catch tapeworm, ringworm, roundworm, whipworm (though whipworms aren't that common) But practicing good hygiene habits you should be safe from the parasites, but not ringworm which is not a parasite but a fungus. Sounds like you put your arm into something that may have nothing to do with the cat.

I just wanted to feel out the possibility. I'm not allergic to anything that my skin could have come into contact and it just showed up kind of in timing with the new cat...I may just end up going to the doc's to get it checked out incase.....maybe doing some research on the internet.
