How are you beating the heat???

Central air baby!

Free air at work... for the first time in a long time I was excited to go to work today.

I am not beating it because I love the heat....I am taking it in!!

the longest I am outside is to walk from car to my house or my car to work

The a/c!! except in the car just hte windows and driving fast!

I have been beating it by drinking lots of cold water. I will even spray myself with the hose. It's not ridicoulously hot this week thank god!

I keep the air on express saver at home...if the temp gets below 72, it kicks on. I don't want my babydoll LuckyGirl getting too hot! We also have the ceiling fans going all the time, try to keep the lights off, and all blinds closed (except in her window with the perch!). At work the air is SO COLD, that my feet are frozen, I have a space heater on my toes, and a long sleeved sweater on!

I actually keep the climate control set to 80 year round for the comfort of my birds.
