My cat Nigel developed a Cyst on his ear and no matter how big it got it was sucessfully drained and stiched up..but a couple months later he got another cyst in the same exact spot! We had to cut out part of his ear to stop the cysts from growing...Has anyone else had so many problems with cysts?

Is there a pathology report? What has your vet said? Are the cysts forming on the ear leather or inside the ear canal?

it was outside the ear. When he first got it drained the vet said it shouldn't come back...at least not in the same place and it did come back. I have a pic of where he had to get his ear cut

Your kitty looks like it is mostly white? Is it an indoor/outdoor kitty? Lighter colored kitties that spend a lot of time outside can get skin cancer. It could have been a precancerous growth.
Use sun block on their ears when kitties are planning to go outside.
