I'm being followed!

Since my FIL has passed, and my MIL is not in any shape to do much traveling, the family has decided to sell their house in Wisconsin. Pat and I went up there last weekend with some of my other in-laws to start cleaning out the house.

We walked in to the living room, and I saw this:



All I could think was...OMG the gnomes FOLLOWED me here!!! I started laughing and had to take this picture for you guys, so I had to tell the whole gnome story to my in-laws. They, of course, started trying to talk me into taking the gnomes home, which I vehemently refused. For the rest of the weekend, the gnomes kept turning up in with the stuff we had separated to take , and I kept removing them.

Then...when I woke up this morning, they were on my bedside table. They ARE following me!

That is funny! Atleast your family doesn't think you are crazy! I was telling Lee abouot the whole gnome thing and he just gave this very quizical look!

LOL!... ....and your fur-gobblins follow you too?....

That's too funny! My granny used to have a few lawn gnomes in her garden...after all the gnome-madness on TCS lately, I wished I would have hocked them and mailed them to some of you...then they too could have haunted you...forever...and ever...and ever...

Oddly enough, I saw a set of PJ's on sale at Target this weekend that had gnomes all over them. I almost bought them too!

You just barely missed a rather hysterical game (thread) to do with gnomes turning up in peoples signatures. You might want to glance over it -- I suspect it will be a topic of conversation for some while yet, even though the game is over and the thread closed.

This morning they were on the bathroom sink when I got back from my exercise class. I think Pat's getting way too into this.

Just remember, everyone...somebody's going to be getting a Secret Santa gift from me. I have gnomes and I'm not afraid to use them!

That's so funny! I missed the whole gnome thread... I just assumed it was an inside joke, and I was on the out side looking in, so I didn't really check up on that thread at all.... and there I am right in it! With a gnome in my siggy! I didn't even know it! I can't even see my own siggy at work cause of the firewalls. Anywho, last weekend, Jasmine picks out a pair of silky pajama's at target, and she got the ones on sale, and guess what they have all over them??? GNOMES!!!!! I guess they are following me too! I will have to get a pic of her in her gnome pj's and post it!
