I find it okay ... I do try to ensure it is at the bottom of the ingrediants

ok, that makes me a feel a little better, i know some people are freaked out by it.

I would try to avoid it, but if a food was otherwise very excellent and the menadione were it's only fault, I wouldn't worry so much.

I don't feel that even a small risk is worth it. It was part of what influenced me to change foods. The fact that several companies have decided to remove it, and many other companies who never used it to start with, also helped.

what is the risk? ive been trying find exactly what harm it will cause and havnt been able to.
