Jazz doesn't seem to like her wet food anymore, she gets Science Diet RD. Should I switch for a couple of days? Maybe she's bored with it? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Since she is eating Rx food talk with your vet prior to thinking about changing foods... Rxs are made by Purina SD Eukanuba Royal Canin ... most vets will order in another brand if you ask

She will eat if I mix in hard food, but leave wet food behind. So should I switch for a couple of days?

If it's a prescription diet a phone call to the vet wouldn't hurt

But I think too much switching makes them more finicky.

RD isn't a big deal...it's the "reduction diet" for over weight cats....changing wet foods should be fine

We have a cat that one day decided she couldn't stand wet food when she was 1 1/2 years old. We went through a series of high-end brands and a massive variety of flavors, specially ordered stuff, everything. She wouldn't touch wet food ever again, and this was 2 years ago. I might get scolded for this, but I give her chicken w/ gravy baby food sometimes, it's the only wet thing she'll eat. I even made the chicken from scratch, but she didn't like it as much. I think sometimes their taste buds or aroma preferences change. I wish mine would, maybe then I wouldn't eat so much Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. HA!
