Guilty? Cast your vote!

Came home to find this in my bathroom the other day. The events unfolded as follows:


"Toilet paper? What toilet paper?"


"Ooooh! That toilet paper!"


"Now Mom! Why would I do that!?!"


So guilty or innocent? Noodles could have done that. But that is Mooch's favorite seat. She waits for someone to come to use the bathroom and then use the flashlight or mirror to make reflections for her to chase! And she's the one who spins the empty roll next to the litter box when shes done in there too!

This hasn't been done since they were small kittens. Whichever one did it, they ripped about half way through in one spot!

In my house you never know who has unrolled the toilet paper. It could be Ruby or her kittens OR Madeleine, my 16 month old!

Definately innocent by plea of cuteness!!

Never seen a guiltier looking kitty in my life!

Oh...I think she did it....but let's face it, you just can't get mad at that sweet little face.

HaHa, Mooch! Look at that sweet face, though! "Who me?"

Sierra is so funny when she does this, too! Last night while I was in the shower, she shredded the roll all over the bathroom, but by the time I got out, she was up in her spot on the counter ever so innocent!

We had a witness come forward....

....while DH was getting ready for work this morning he caught her in another attempted TP shredding! Caught her red pawed he did!

the kitty is like who me? he looks guilty as charged. but like Hope said how could you get mad at that sweet face?

In the interests of justice and to prevent a miscarriage of justice
I would like to take this opportunity to offer my services to the defendant.

In the defendants defence I would like to point out,there was no actual witness present at the time of the original offence.
and as there were two possible suspects it would be unfair and unjust to find Mooch guilty of the toilet roll shredding.

Therefore I think the only safe verdict would be- Innocent by plea of cuteness

Hmm....looks like Innocent by plea of cuteness, which means we all know she did it! Just so long as this isn't a new game she plans on repeating often!
